At the age of 24 Alexander started to work as a conductor right after his graduation from Ufa State Music Academy, in Orenburg Philharmonic Chamber orchestra as the second Conductor (assistant conductor).

For two years of work, he performed several concert programs on the main stage of Orenburg State Philharmonic, including works by Mozart, Bach, Shostakovich, Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninov, Strauss, etc.

From 2006 till 2009 he worked as a Music Director and Conductor of the Chamber Orchestra based in Orenburg State Institute of Arts.

From 2012 till 2014, Alexander completed "Artist Diploma" program as conductor at the Long Island Conservatory of Music (New York, USA), where his tutors were professors Robert Renee Galvan (conducting & composition), George Stelluto (conducting), Albert Markov (orchestration & composition).

In the US he debuted as a conductor in October 2012 at the concert "Our Mission in Motion" with clarinetist Hampartsoum Djabourian as a solist. Since then, he regularly performed at concerts with the NASSAU County Youth Symphony Orchestra, where he was an assistant conductor from 2013 till 2015.

The programs of the orchestra’s concerts included works by Haydn, Handel, Vivaldi, Mozart.

He was a participant of «Bohemian Night» concert in Carnegie Hall at September 29th 2016 as a conductor.
